Abstract

Human rights are fundamental for the protection and promotion of the dignity of all people, without distinction of ethnicity, religion, belief or sexual condition. However, in different parts of the world, situations continue to occur in which these rights are violated. The present research aims to develop a multicriteria neutrosophic method for the evaluation of the legal analysis on the violation of human rights within religious educational units in the city of Tulcán. The methodology used in the scientific article was quantitative, because through surveys it was known whether or not citizens were aware of the violation of Human Rights and how to avoid them. It was concluded with respect to the importance of implementing policies and measures that promote respect for Human Rights within religious institutions, highlighting the need to promote a constructive dialogue between religious institutions, government authorities, human rights organizations and society in general.
