Main Article Content
Abstract
This article presents the design of a neutrosophic method for the evaluation and control of the effect of a clinical guideline based on Jean Watson's Theory of Humanized Care for nursing care of pediatric patients with Tetralogy of Fallot in Ecuador. The findings revealed that applying Watson's principles significantly improves the emotional and physical aspects of care, contributing to a more empathetic and holistic approach. This approach not only addresses the medical condition, but also focuses on the patient's comprehensive well-being, providing a structured framework that is essential for health professionals. The guidelines derived from this study allow for effective implementation of humanized care, reinforcing the importance of comprehensive treatment that responds to both medical and emotional needs, thus improving clinical outcomes and quality of life of affected children.
