Neutrosophic evaluation of maternal risk factors influencing APGAR parameters
Main Article Content
Abstract
The present investigation aims to develop a neutrosophic method for the evaluation of maternal risk factors that impact APGAR test parameters. Maternal risk factors are critical elements that must be identified in advance to ensure a healthy pregnancy for both the mother and the fetus, resulting in good vitality of the newborn. These factors may include socioeconomic, cultural and health aspects, which significantly influence the experience of the pregnant woman. The APGAR test is a rapid evaluation performed on newborns in their first and fifth minute of life, allowing to assess the baby's adaptation to its new environment outside the uterus. The results of this investigation underline the importance of adequate prenatal follow-up to identify and classify risk factors, which is essential to achieve a favorable APGAR test score. The findings suggest that there is a significant relationship between maternal risk factors and the score obtained in the APGAR test. By detecting these risks early, it is possible to prevent future complications and increase the chances of obtaining an adequate score on the APGAR test, which is essential for the well-being of the newborn. This research highlights the need to implement effective strategies for the identification of risk factors, thus contributing to improving the results in maternal and child care.
