Neutrosophic method for the control of profiles of victims of sexual violence with the presence of psychoactive substances
Main Article Content
Abstract
Sexual violence related to the consumption of psychoactive substances represents a complex and multifactorial problem with serious consequences for victims and society. The present research aims to develop a neutral-sophical method for the control of profiles of victims of sexual violence with the presence of psychoactive substances. The control of these profiles allows to analyze the relationship between the consumption of these substances and cases of sexual violence, in order to identify patterns, risk factors and associated consequences. The results indicate that the consumption of psychoactive substances, especially alcohol, increases vulnerability to sexual violence. It is necessary to identify additional risk factors, such as a history of violence, permissive sociocultural environments and socioeconomic inequalities; as well as to cover the consequences, significant physical, psychological and social damage. The importance of toxicological analyses and forensic medical examinations to document these cases would foster the need for adapted policies and protocols that promote awareness, education and the strengthening of justice systems.
