Abstract

Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is an endocrine disorder that affects many women of childbearing age. During pregnancy, women with PCOS may face certain additional risks due to the hormonal and metabolic alterations associated with this condition. In addition to its usual manifestations, such as menstrual irregularities and metabolic problems, PCOS can also influence pregnancy and increase the risk factors associated with this crucial stage in a woman's life, including infertility, insulin resistance, gestational diabetes, hypertension, HELLP syndrome, among others. The objective of this research is to develop a Neutrosophic Method to evaluate risk factors in pregnant women with polycystic ovary syndrome.
