Neutrosophic multicriteria evaluation of Pott's disease in an older adult patient
Main Article Content
Abstract
Pott's disease, or vertebral tuberculosis, is a serious manifestation of tuberculosis that can affect the quality of life in elderly patients. This study aims to carry out a Neutrosophic Multicriteria Assessment focused on an elderly patient diagnosed with this condition. The assessment will integrate various factors, including the clinical severity of the disease, the psychological implications of the diagnosis, and the social and economic repercussions faced by elderly patients. Through a neutrosophic approach, we seek to provide a flexible and holistic framework that respects the uncertainty inherent in the assessment of multiple criteria in complex medical contexts. The outcome of this research aims to contribute to more informed clinical decision making, thus improving the care and management of elderly patients with Pott's disease. Incorporating different perspectives into the assessment will allow a more complete understanding of the patient's situation, optimizing their quality of life and comprehensive care.
