Abstract
This study focuses on the implementation of a Neutrosophic Multicriteria Method to evaluate prevention and response protocols in cases of harassment and gender-based violence. Through a comparative analysis of international and national legislation, the importance of having clear definitions, accessible reporting mechanisms, adequate training and continuous evaluation is highlighted. The research revealed that it is essential to have a broad and precise definition of gender-based violence, as well as effective reporting and protection mechanisms to safeguard victims. Likewise, the need for continuous training and evaluation of policies is emphasized to ensure the effectiveness and adaptability of the implemented strategies. The research highlights the importance of adopting a multidimensional and evidence-based approach, using the Neutrosophic Multicriteria Method, to combat harassment and gender-based violence effectively, adapting to new social and legal realities.
