Abstract

Pedagogical skills represent an important element in the formation of students. Quantifying their training is a necessary mechanism for making decisions about pedagogical training. However, this problem has not been sufficiently addressed in the scientific literature. Multi-criteria techniques can be used to address problems of this type. The present research describes a solution to the problem posed by the development of a method that uses a multi-criteria approach in its processing through Delphi with neutral numbers. The proposal was implemented in Uniandes Sede Babahoyo, showing an adequate level of pedagogical competences
