Abstract

In this article we define neutrosophic point, neutrosophic crisp point, neighbourhood of a neutro-sophic point and investigate some properties of neutrosophic point as well as neighbourhood of a neutrosophicpoint. We also study the characterization of neutrosophic topological space in terms of neighbourhoods
