Abstract

Ancestral communities are based on basic relations of collectivist content from which they establish those regulations by which they guide themselves in social life based on the constant and permanent reiteration of uses turned into traditions.  The objective of this research is to introduce a broad and detailed approach to collective autonomy and interculturality through the use of interdisciplinarity in the epistemic analysis of the guarantees of justice. To this end, neutrosophic is used in order to obtain greater interpretability of linguistic terms and to obtain the proposed result with greater certainty.
