Abstract

This article bases the changes made in the Cuban educational context in the care of the environment. In this sense, it exemplifies from the curriculum how to achieve the formation and citizen participation of the Cuban student in the local context where he/she operates. It is emphasized that participation is a human need in any organized society, and for this reason it has become a social value, a citizen's right and duty. The objective of this research is to develop a multi-criteria neutrosophic method to determine the training and citizen participation in caring for the environment. The method bases its operation on neutrosophic numbers to model uncertainty. It uses information aggregation operators for evaluation and decision. As a result, the application of the method is implemented where it was possible to demonstrate its applicability.
