Abstract

The research work that is presented, lays its foundations in the optimization of the sports preparation, as an element of relevance to perfect the training process in order to raise its quality, through a rigorous control of it, based on the knowledge of concepts and definitions that govern this activity; those that are decisive to correlate planning, influence on the athlete's body and its usefulness during training and competitive activity. This research aims to develop a method to evaluate the theoretical construct on the term transference in the sports context. This proposal was validated by expert criteria based on the Delphi Neutrosophic method, which demonstrates its opportunity and relevance for application in the sports context. As a result, the evaluation of the concept of transfer of force on land to the aquatic environment is offered, which constitutes a very useful theoretical tool to correct methodological and content errors that for years have falsified the work forecasts in relation to the capacity of force and its transfer to the aquatic environment in the group of selected sports.
