Neutrosophic multicriteria method to evaluate the devel-opment of the national program for the advancement of women at the University of Cienfuegos

Abstract

In Cuba, the bases have been created for the development of an inclusive model, based on equality and social justice. The model is based on a National Program for the development of women. However, despite the actions carried out, there are still insufficiencies in the processes of social inclusion of women. The objective of this research is to develop a multicriteria neutrosophic method to evaluate the development of the National Program for the advancement of women from the University of Cienfuegos. The research uses a multi-expert multi-criteria approach for the development of the proposal. He bases the evaluation and decision method on neutrosophic numbers to model uncertainty. As a result, the implementation of the proposed method was obtained to determine the current behavior.
