Neutrosophic method to determine the rate of violation of the Principle of the Best Interest of the Child, in single-parent custody
Main Article Content
Abstract
Single-parent tenure not only affects the children in their parent-child relationship, but also the parent who, by judicial decision, has to limit himself to participating directly in the process of raising his children, also affecting his rights. After a separation, divorce or breakdown of the marital relationship, the dispute over who will have greater control in the exercise of their parental role corresponds to a single parent. The objective of this research is to develop a neutrosophic method to determine the violation rate of the Principle of the Best Interest of the Child, in single-parent ownership. The neutrosophic method is implemented through expert criteria using a hierarchical structure for evaluation and decision through the Hierarchical Analytical Process. As a result, the determination of the index of violation of the Principle of the Best Interest of the Child is obtained.
