Neutrosophic assessment of entrepreneurship development and new technologies as strategic positioning

Abstract
This research builds an approach to the advantages of new technologies in entrepreneurship processes and support for small businesses in Ecuador. The objective of the research is to carry out a neutrosophic evaluation of the development of enterprises and new technologies as strategic positioning. The work is structured under a conceptual framework with definitions, characteristics, importance, benefits and impacts that entrepreneurship and technology have, followed by analysis and conclusion that allows the reader to acquire new knowledge of the importance of these two variables in the economy. It has a descriptive scope and concludes by highlighting the importance of identifying and highlighting the potentialities of managing new technologies in the positioning of ventures.
