Neutrosophic Multicriteria Method for the evaluation of the risk of preterm delivery
Main Article Content
Abstract
According to the records of the Ecuadorian Institute of Statistics and Censuses for the year 2021 of 251,106 live births, 10,282 (4%) were born between 21 and 35 weeks of gestation. This figure represents premature births, which are those born before completing the 37th week of gestation. However, there is uncertainty to determine which factors of preterm risk. The present investigation aims to develop a method for the evaluation of the risk of preterm birth. The method bases its operation on a multicriteria approach where uncertainty is modeled using neutrosophic numbers.
