Abstract

Osteomyelitis is considered a progressive pathology of infectious character that acts especially in the bone. It can occur in both children and adults, the etiological agent most frequently identified is Staphylococcus aureus and sometimes Staphylococcus epidermidis, the clinical condition depends on the age group and etiology. That is why a research from a neutrosophical perspective in order to achieve greater accuracy of the results obtained, that is why the present research aims: to perform a neutrosophical statistical analysis of the knowledge of university students about osteomyelitis associated with Staphylococcus aureus in oncology patients. During the study, theoretical, empirical, mathematical and statistical methods, techniques and instruments were used. A descriptive and exploratory research was carried out. The results obtained show that there are insufficiencies in this subject, which requires to deepen in this problematic.
