Neutrosophic linguistic scale for self-assessment of knowledge of double compliance in criminal matters and its legal effects

Abstract
In this research a study of double conformity and its applicability in specific cases is carried out according to doctrinal, constitutional, supranational and binding jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court of Ecuador, whose purpose is to guarantee the fundamental rights of the defendant, so that two judges or courts of the administration of criminal justice, which must pronounce on their responsibility based on the comprehensive analysis of what is recorded in the judicial process; In other words, they will analyze the factual assumptions, the evaluation of the evidence and the legal grounds; as a consequence, compliance with the double conformity and therefore legal certainty is produced. Therefore, the objective of the present research is oriented towards to apply a Neutrosophic linguistic scale for the self-assessment of the knowledge on the fulfillment of double conformity in criminal matters and its legal effects. Theoretical, empirical and mathematical statistical methods were used during the study. The results obtained reveal that the use of nesutrosophy is important to achieve greater precision in the data obtained, guaranteeing the level of reliability of the research, which allows its contextualization to other research scenarios.
