Neutrosophic statistical analysis of the wage gap cap policy and the case of Ecuador
Main Article Content
Abstract
Wage gaps between managers and workers have tended to widen since the onset of neoliberal globalization in the 1970s. This widening gap, in particular, the plummeting share of wage earners in the primary income distribution on a global scale, is one of the factors contributing to the social disease of inequality. A mixed research approach with a cross-sectional design was employed. The objective of the research is to carry out a neutrosophical statistical analysis of the policy of limits to the wage gap and the case of Ecuador. The analysis took into account theoretical, empirical and mathematical statistical methods and techniques. Once the data obtained were applied and tabulated, the results were interpreted and have an adequate level of validity. The main conclusion of this research is the need to deepen in this subject through the use of actions that transform the results derived from this research.
