Abstract
The world met the new SARS-COV-II on December 31, 2019, after the World Health Organization (WHO) confirmed it and currently has claimed the lives of 2.4 million lives 110 million cases, Ecuador joined the list of countries with confirmed cases of coronavirus 61 days after its appearance. A mixed research approach with a cross-sectional design was used, where the methods and techniques employed correspond to the characteristics of this type of research, where they are grouped into theoretical, empirical and statistical mathematical. The objective of the research is to implement a neutrosophical statistical analysis of the covid-19 pandemic in Ecuador, its relationship with price speculation for medicines, medical supplies, hospital services and its impact on the right to health and life of people. Once the data obtained were applied and tabulated, the results were interpreted and have an adequate level of validity. The main conclusion of this research is the need to implement actions to transform the situation identified in this investigation.
