Abstract

The incident monitoring system at COAC Kisapincha has obtained a mostly positive perception among users, highlighting its contribution to the optimization of collection processes. However, areas for improvement are identified, mainly in the interface and usability, where a segment of users highlights challenges in their adaptation. Despite the general confidence in the security of the system, it is essential to maintain balanced updates and strengthen protection measures. The objective of this research is to develop a neutrosophic multicriteria method for the timely detection of incidents for the control of collection processes in the COAC Kisapincha. The feedback collected emphasizes the importance of adaptation and continuous improvement, responding to the changing needs of users. The implemented method allows for timely detection of incidents, making it necessary for COAC Kisapincha to continue refining the system based on this valuable information provided by its users to guarantee its effectiveness and relevance in the long term.
