A neutrosophic method for the recommendation in the process of creation and designation of the authority for the protection of personal data

Abstract
The lack of creation and designation of a specific control body to guarantee the right to the protection of personal data in Ecuador, based on the fact that it exists in Ecuador, the Organic Law of Personal Data creates this data protection authority personal but the problem arises from the lack of designation of the Super Mayor through the Council of Citizen Participation and Social Control and the lack of resources designated for the creation of this Super Mayor, highlights the importance of this body to supervise and enforce laws and regulations related to data privacy. The objective of this research is to develop a neutrosophic method for recommendation in the process of creation and designation of the personal data protection authority. A cross-sectional analytical study of descriptive origin was carried out with retrospective characteristics and prospective purposes. The use of qualitative and quantitative methods, and the mixed approach to address aspects of the problem, stand out. The elements associated with the control body are analyzed, as well as the fundamental rights to protect personal data established in Ecuadorian and international laws and regulations. This information is recorded in a form designed to feed the input information of the neutrosophic recommendation method. The proposed method has great impact on data privacy and security.
