Neutrosophic method to evaluate the increase of the unified basic salary in Ecuador and other countries

Abstract

The increase in the unified basic salary in Ecuador and in other countries is a fundamental part of the personal fulfillment of workers. This increase is based on the economy, labor market and, above all, social well-being. In this sense, the objective of the research is to develop a neutrosophic method to evaluate the increase in the unified basic salary in Ecuador and other countries. With the implementation of the proposed method, it was determined that the increase in the unified basic salary can have an impact on labor informality, thus generating inequality and precariousness by not satisfying the basic needs of workers.
