Abstract

The legal analysis of surrogacy represents an active topic of analysis to assess its impact as a violation of human dignity and fundamental rights. This research describes a solution to the problem raised by developing a method using a Neutrosophic Cognitive Map for the evaluation of surrogacy as a violation of human dignity and fundamental rights. The survey technique was used, which was applied to a group of 88 people through technological tools, especially Google Forms. It is concluded that, in Ecuador there is currently a legal vacuum, surrogacy is not regulated, but neither is it prohibited, therefore it is carried out with total freedom and in most cases in exchange for a specific amount of money, so that, by legalizing it in the country, a contradiction with the Supreme Law would be presented.
