Legal argumentation is an essential tool in the legal field that involves the construction of persuasive, coherent arguments supported by relevant legal sources. Its role in litigation and in the oral accusatory criminal procedural system is crucial to ensure a fair and effective legal process. Adaptability, legal foundation and the ability to address ethical and social considerations make legal argumentation a dynamic and highly relevant skill in the modern legal system. The objective of this research is to perform a statistical analysis of oral litigation and legal argumentation techniques and their impact on the criminal process. The scientific method is used through a multidisciplinary approach that covers legal, linguistic and social aspects, seeking to understand how these techniques influence the effective presentation of legal arguments, judicial decision-making and the search for justice in the accusatory criminal procedural system.
