Aggregation model to evaluate the factors that influence the correct application of the Nursing Care Process, Marco Vinicio Iza Hospital
Main Article Content
Abstract
The present research aims to develop an Aggregation Model to evaluate the factors that influence the correct application of the Nursing Care Process (NCP) at the Marco Vinicio Iza Hospital, Ecuador. The NCP is an essential tool that guarantees comprehensive care, based on knowledge, skills and values acquired during the professional training of nurses. However, several factors limit its correct implementation, such as lack of training, lack of knowledge of the process methodology, absence of standardized formats, and work overload. To address these limitations, a neutrosophic model will be proposed that will allow the evaluation and synthesis of the factors identified through a case study. This model will be designed to facilitate informed decision making, promoting continuous updating in the use of the NCP and the adoption of strategies that encourage its correct application. The results of this study not only contribute to the improvement of the PAE in the specific context of the hospital, but also offer a potential frame of reference for the implementation of similar practices in other health institutions. In this way, it is hoped to raise the quality of care provided and ensure more appropriate and personalized attention to patients.
