Abstract

This article aims to implement a Neutrosophic Multicriteria Method for the evaluation of media pronouncements by judges in the open justice system, against its guiding principles. This practice, carried out by judicial authorities, can compromise the integrity of the fundamental principles of said system. It investigates how these pronouncements affect open justice and emphasizes the need to establish an effective communication policy that allows justice administrators to interact appropriately with the media, especially in cases of great impact on public opinion. Although the research uses a mixed methodological approach, it focuses on characterizing the phenomenon of media pronouncements at a specific time, providing a clear view of their effect on open justice. It concludes that, although these pronouncements can be aligned with the contemporary perspective of open justice, the absence of an adequate communication policy can lead to errors by justice administrators, which raises questions about the effectiveness and integrity of judicial action in this new context.
