Abstract

Currently, there has been evidence of an increase in unlawful conduct related to sexual violence against minors, manifesting itself in both an international and national environment. These conducts, often overlooked, generate a distorted social perception that hides the seriousness of the problem. Within the framework of this situation, the research proposes developing a neutrosophic method for recommendations on the rights of minors who are victims of sexual violence and their comprehensive protection. This approach seeks not only to conceptualize and classify sexual violence, understood as the use of force or manipulation to obtain sexual acts without consent, but also to highlight its devastating consequences on the physical and mental health of victims. The effects can be both immediate and long-term, affecting the integral and emotional well-being of minors, who, due to the lack of information and support, often feel fear and distrust towards the judicial authorities. This lack of recognition and education about their rights leads to many cases going unreported, perpetuating their normalization in some communities. The research is framed within the field of criminal law sciences and psychology, with the aim of offering a theoretical framework that facilitates the identification and approach to this problem, thus promoting a safer and more conscious environment regarding the protection of the rights of affected minors.
