Abstract

The objective of this research is to develop a recommendation system for evaluating the labor rights of migrants in Ecuador. The labor situation of migrants in the country presents significant obstacles that limit their integration and full development. Although the Human Mobility Law and other labor regulations offer some legal protection, in practice, migrants' labor rights are often not respected, exposing them to precarious working conditions and vulnerability. Given this reality, it is essential to create programs focused on training and entrepreneurship that can facilitate the labor insertion of migrants, not only to promote their self-sufficiency but also to contribute to the economic growth of the country as a whole. The implementation of a recommendation system will identify existing gaps in the protection of labor rights and propose concrete strategies to address these deficiencies. This approach will not only benefit migrants by strengthening their labor situation but will also promote a more diverse and resilient workforce, vital to Ecuador's social and economic development. Therefore, this research seeks to contribute to a better understanding of migrant labor rights and develop an appropriate framework to ensure their respect and promotion in the workplace.
