Neutrosophic method for the analysis of the ethical-legal implications in the capture of people with addic-tion problems in Ecuador
Main Article Content
Abstract
In Ecuador, the capture of people with addiction problems by Specialized Addiction Treatment Centers (CETAD) using unorthodox methods is a growing problem, especially visible on social networks. These practices affect the mental and physical integrity of individuals, raising questions about the ethical and legal performance of the CETAD, as well as the effectiveness of government control. The present research aims to develop a neutrosophic method for the analysis of the ethical-legal implications in the capture of people with addiction problems in Ecuador. It seeks to evaluate the congruence of these actions with dignity and human rights, given the apparent lack of sanctioning control by government entities. It is crucial to emphasize the unrestricted respect for ethical principles and human rights, given that their violation can lead to serious legal consequences.
