The integration of contradictory perspectives in Latin American philosophy: A Multi-Analyst approach.
Main Article Content
Abstract
This study explores the integration of Indigenous philosophies and postcolonial modernist theories within MultiAlism, highlighting the potential for dialogue and synthesis among these diverse philosophical traditions in Latin America. MultiAlism, a concept developed by Florentin Smarandache, is used to bridge the gaps and contradictions between systems, focusing on areas of neutrality such as, in this case, cultural diversity and critiques of power structures. The research underscores the importance of incorporating both ancestral wisdom and modern critiques to foster a deeper understanding and appreciation of Latin America’s rich philosophical heritage. This integrative approach offers practical perspectives for inclusive policymaking and the success of social justice efforts in the region. Extending the application of MultiAlism to other global contexts suggests its broader relevance for addressing contemporary challenges through a flexible and holistic philosophical approach.
