Abstract

Evaluating the commercial value of green biotechnology requires jointly modeling 
ecological resource monitoring signals and economic benefits in the presence of pervasive 
ambiguity, sensor imperfections, and expert disagreement. Classical and fuzzy 
approaches compress ambiguity into noise, obscuring the difference between uncertainty 
and negative evidence. We propose a neutrosophic Fisher-Copula framework that 
represents every datum and every parameter as a triplet
