Abstract

In recent years, hesitant fuzzy sets and neutrosophic sets have aroused the interest of researchers and have been widely applied to multi-criteria decision-making problems. The operations of multi-valued neutrosophic sets are introduced and a comparison method is developed based on related research of hesitant fuzzy sets and intuitionistic fuzzy sets in this paper. Furthermore, some multi-valued neutrosophic number aggregation operators are proposed and the desirable properties are discussed as well. Finally, an approach for multi-criteria decision-making problems was explored applying the aggregation operators. In addition, an example was provided to illustrate the concrete application of the proposed method.
