Abstract

The main focus of this article is to procure a new similarity measurenamely tangent similarity measure for single valued pentapartitioned neutrosophic sets(SVPNS). We formulatesome resultson tangent similarity measure of similarities between two SVPNSs. Then,we develop a SVPNS-MADM (SVPNS-Multi-Attribute-Decision-Making) model under the SVPNSenvironmentbased on the tangent similarity measure. Further, we validate our proposed SVPNS-MADM model by giving a numerical example.
