Abstract

The research was carried out at the San Francisco Health Center in the city of Tulcán, with the aim of implementing biosafety intervention strategies to reduce the risk factors of health personnel in the care of patients with Covid-19. In the research project, the quantitative and qualitative research methodology was used, in addition to methods, techniques and instruments that helped to better complement the study, the tool used for data collection was the bibliographic review and a survey addressed to health personnel. In addition, the Neutrosophic Cognitive Maps were used to know the causal relationships between the factors that were described, and to enable the work in order to establish educational work strategies in general to modify them. Enabling a better preparation of these professionals and favoring their quality of life in professional performance.
