Abstract

The present research work is developed to deal with the constitutional recognition of the ancestral communal territories that inhabit our country, since there are no legal norms where the allocation of the territory for the use and usufruct of the communal families is established, they are excluded from enjoying the right to territorial property. For this reason, the objective of this research is to carry out a descriptive and Neutrosophic statistical analysis of land tenure in the communes of Ecuador, using theoretical, empirical and mathematical statistical methods and techniques. A cross-sectional study was carried out, where the results obtained show the need to evaluate this subject from other perspectives. This is supported by the level of validity of this research.
