Abstract
Administration in health institutions has played a decision-making role in their development and growth through the implementation of the steps of the administrative process: planning, organization, execution, control and evaluation, which has made it possible to create a planned horizon and to have resources in an effective and efficient manner, allowing the growth of health facilities and the improvement of public health systems, resulting in better care for patients and the population. For this reason, the objective of the research was to apply a neutrosophic linguistic scale in the evaluation of the strategic plan for health administration. During the study a transversal research of mixed type was carried out, its methods are in correspondence with it, that is why they are grouped of theoretical, empirical and statistical mathematical characteristics. The study assumes the postulates of Neutrosophic to elaborate the likert scale used. Once applied, the results obtained show that the use of Neutrosophic is important to achieve greater precision in the data obtained, guarantee the level of reliability of the research and thus determine the relevance of the strategic plan for Health Administration presented.
