Abstract

The quality of care in the nursing discipline is responsible for meeting the health needs of patients, seeking to provide the highest degree of satisfaction and expectations on the part of the patient. Nursing professionals from a person's admission to the hospital environment until discharge, have constant direct contact, evaluating how patients perceive the quality of care, allows developing and establishing strategies for continuous improvement. Multicriteria techniques can be used to deal with problems of this type. This research describes a solution to the problem raised from the development of a method to measure the quality of nursing care. The proposed method uses a multicriteria approach in its processing using Delphi with neutrosophic numbers. The proposal was implemented to measure the quality of nursing care where the evaluation of quality indicators or the implementation of an improvement methodology that contributes positively to the quality of nursing care was feasible.
