Análisis estadístico neutrosófico sobre las infracciones penales como medios coercitivos para la protección del medio ambiente

Criminal law is responsible for regulating the classification of criminal offenses, penalties and comprehensive reparation measures to be carried out by those who have failed to comply with their objective duty of care, that is, it establishes the rules and procedures used to punish individuals who have committed a crime or contravention, thus protecting society from harmful and dangerous behaviors, In the same sense, nature is protected as a subject of law according to the Ecuadorian Constitution, for which, penalties ranging from economic fines to imprisonment have been established for those who act to the detriment of the environment, which are contained in the Organic Integral Penal Code, in this sense, it is very important to know which are the coercive penal measures that exist in Ecuador to protect the environment and mitigate the negative impacts that nature has suffered. The research assumes a neutrosophical approach and a mixed qualitative-quantitative research, affirmed under the types of descriptive research. That is why the objective of the present work is: to carry out a neutrosophical statistical analysis on penal infractions as coercive means for the protection of the environment. The results showed a high level of validity of the present research.
