Guarantorism is a current of criminological thought of contractually and utilitarian bias born in the heart of the Italian Enlightenment that provided modern States with substantial ideas to transform the judicial procedure and soften the execution of punishment. It involves the principle of legality, which arose to prevent the arbitrariness of power, with mechanisms that included the ascertainment of the truth through officiality, impartiality, promptness and publicity, as well as the suppression of cruel punishments and the proportionality between the crime and the penalty. It is for this reason that it is necessary to deepen in research that approach this subject from a neutrosophical perspective. Based on these arguments, the objective of the research was to apply a neutrosophical linguistic scale for the evaluation of the principle of strict legality and its application in the Ecuadorian guaranteed system. During the research, theoretical, empirical and mathematical-statistical methods were applied, where the results obtained reveal the need to continue deepening in this subject from other aspects of science.
