Abstract

The detection of critical knots on the violation of the right to health and life of its users, from the Ecuadorian normative framework to the health system, its regulations, structure, policies and scope within the lines of research. For this reason, this study is based on the following objective: to promote the use of neutrosophy for the analysis of the right to health and life and the critical nodes of the health system, a mixed or quali-quantitative research modality was used to obtain data on the right to health. A survey was applied to obtain quantitative data, which allowed the development of the studies and as a result the creation of a citizen observatory that within the framework of the Law compiles information on the health system of Ecuador and the violation of the rights of its users to serve as a basis for the generation of linkage-research projects with the participation of students of the Law and medicine careers of the Universidad Regional Autónoma de los Andes in Ecuador and thus contribute to the protection of these rights.
