Alveolitis is a mediate complication, considered by various authors to be the most frequent after the extraction of a definitive dental organ in which there is an absence of the clot or its necrosis, being classified as dry or wet respectively. . Alveolitis is a reversible infection that can occur 3 or 4 days after an extraction, although its etiology is multifactorial, it can be caused by a lack of information provided by the dentist to the patient about postoperative care, or in turn, by the patient's lack of commitment to their treatment. The objective of this research is to develop a neutrosophic method to measure the effect of apitherapy as an alternative treatment for alveolitis. The results obtained with the implementation of the neutrosophic method demonstrate the effectiveness of apitherapy as an alternative and natural treatment for one of the most frequent mediate complications after extraction, such as alveolitis. The neutrosophic method allowed us to evaluate the effectiveness of apitherapy as an alternative treatment for alveolitis, due to its important properties responsible for relieving the pain generated in the area, reducing the colonies of microorganisms, facilitating healing and regenerating tissues, it was also possible describe that apitherapy can be applied in other dental specialties such as endodontics and dental surgery, since the viscosity of bee honey creates an environment that is difficult for microorganisms to survive.
