Abstract

Thyroid diseases represent an important group of endocrine disorders that have an impact on pregnancy. Endocrine disorders additionally complicate pregnancies and therefore generate an increase in maternal/fetal morbidity and mortality. This implies that there are different measures for the management of different thyroid-related disorders. Management allows the reduction of these complications, but the ideal is the early diagnosis of endocrine disorders that lead to complications. A common disorder is hypothyroidism, a decrease in the endocrine function of the thyroid gland, and its relationship with some disorders, especially in the first trimester, such as abortions. The objective of this research is to develop a method for estimating the relationship between TSH levels and abortions. The method bases its operation using neutrosophic numbers to model uncertainty.
