Abstract

The research addresses the issue of mediation does not ignore the existence of the controversy, but helps and assists the parties in conflict to use appropriate means to resolve their differences in an extrajudicial and definitive manner, putting an end to the dispute. Its task is to direct and evaluate the management of the mediation service through operative methods and guidelines regulated by law, which favors to attenuate the procedural burden of the legal system as an alternative to conflict resolution and the construction of a culture of peace. This is the reason why this research employs neutrosophical tools for its study. In concordance with this position, the objective is presented as follows: to carry out a neutrosophical analysis of mediation as a strategy for conflict resolution and the development of a culture of peace. Theoretical, empirical and statistical mathematical methods were used during the research. The results shown support the relevance and importance of this research.
