Neutrosophic linguistic scale for self-assessment of indigenous justice knowledge in the modernity of Western law
Main Article Content
Abstract
Since the Constitution of 2008, Ecuador has become a constitutional State of Rights and Justice that admits and recognizes multiculturalism and interculturalism. Thus, one of the advances in the development of domestic legislation that should be tuned to the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador is the recognition of Indigenous Justice as a form of conflict resolution of indigenous peoples from their own traditions and forms of organization. That is why the present investigation is oriented towards the evaluation of the students of the career of law on this problematic from a perspective of a neutrosophic linguistic scale. Theoretical, empirical and mathematical statistical methods and techniques were used during the research. A descriptive cross-sectional design was carried out. The results show a high level of validity and leave open future lines of research in order to transform the situation identified in the present investigation.
