Abstract

Ureterocele is a congenital malformation characterized by cystic dilatation of the distal third of the ureter, manifested with a variety of symptoms, the most common associated with urinary tract infection. Currently, thanks to technological advances, the incidence of adrenal incidentalomas has increased, reaching 2.3%, so it is necessary to know the proper study and management of these masses. We present the case of a 15-month-old patient with bilateral ureterocele who presented an incidentaloma in the right adrenal gland with calcifications. The objective of the research is to develop a multicriteria neutrosophic method for the evaluation of the management of bilateral ureterocele with incidentaloma in the right adrenal gland. Thanks to technological advances, ureterocele can be diagnosed even in prenatal life, in addition to allowing less aggressive approaches such as endoscopic, having very satisfactory results in the management of this nosological entity. The neutrosophic method developed allowed clinical, imaging, and benign laboratory evaluation of a bilateral ureterocele with an apparent mass in the right adrenal gland, which was approached endoscopically without complications.
