Neutrosophical method to measure the environmental legal culture and Uniandina university participation in environmen-tal public policies in the canton of Riobamba

Abstract

The environmental legal culture and the Uniandina university participation in the environmental public policies of the Riobamba Canton, address the relevant collaboration between the Regional Autonomous University of the Andes (UNIANDES) and local authorities to address environmental challenges. Therefore, UNIANDES has developed an interdisciplinary approach to promote environmental legal culture in the university community and society in general. In this way, the Riobamba canton, located in Ecuador, faces environmental problems that require concerted solutions. The objective of the research was to develop a neutrosophic method to measure environmental legal culture and Uniandina university participation in the environmental public policies of the Riobamba canton. The research was carried out using a qualitative, descriptive and transversal approach. With the implementation of the neutrosophic method, it was possible to verify that UNIANDES has been actively involved in the execution of environmental actions in collaboration with local authorities and community actors. Concluding that the university has promoted student participation in environmental projects and fostering awareness about the importance of environmental protection and its impact on daily life, from which it is concluded that its students are able to present projects of ordinances aimed at the development of environmental Legal Culture, for the Riobamba canton.
