An edentulous arch is the absence of teeth that influences oral health, causing physical, physiological and psychological trauma for the individual, related to the deterioration of orofacial tissues: bone ridges, nerves, receptors and muscles.The objective of the research is to develop a multi-criteria neutrosophic method to estimate the success of a treatment plan for a partially edentulous patient using prosthetic determinants.To create the plan, it was necessary to carry out an exhaustive review of specialized literature, in order to take the best practices reported in the scientific literature.In addition, the patient's clinical history was assessed, allowing a treatment plan to be developed.The multi-criteria neutrosophic method implemented allowed us to evaluate the success of the developed plan, so it was possible to conclude that it is of utmost importance to be very clear and take into account when rehabilitating a partially edentulous patient the prosthetic determinants to establish anadequate treatment plan with the aim of returning functionality, aesthetics and phonetics, improving the quality of life in these patients.
