Abstract

Inheritance law is focused on determining the legal relationships and conditions that maintain the assets and patrimony of a person who dies, with respect to the possible successors of the assets and estate left by the deceased. A mixed research approach with a cross-sectional design was used. The objective of the research is to carry out a neutrosophical statistical analysis of succession by death and its effects on the multiparental family. For this purpose, methods and techniques such as systematic analytical, deductive inductive, survey, mathematical statistics are used. This allows us to evaluate the level of knowledge of families of the teacher's citadel in the city of Tulcán. Once the data obtained were applied and tabulated, the results were interpreted and have an adequate level of validity. The main conclusion of this research is the need to deepen with another type of research on this topic.
