Abstract

The indifference of a society towards the care of the soil for the benefit of agriculture feeds a phenomenon that results in the deterioration and poor conservation of the soil used for agriculture. This research is carried out for the benefit of small and medium-sized farmers in the Rural parish of Mariscal Sucre; which proposes the creation of a public policy for the benefit of families who are dedicated to agriculture in the aforementioned sector to carry out correct conservation and restoration of the soil in the rural parish of Mariscal Sucre. Motivated by this situation, this research proposes the development of a neutrosophic multi-criteria method for evaluating the impact of the public policy proposal for soil conservation through continuous training for small and medium farmers. The proposed method bases its operation on a multi-criteria approach for evaluation. The proposal favors the recommendation of indicators for the conservation and restoration of soils.
